The Modern Vegan - Your Ultimate Vegan Breakfast & Brunch Destination in Las Vegas

It's ridiculous but I figured, what the hell. Tastes like a burger wrapped in a funnel cake. The salad is really good. The dressing makes it. The sandwich is really good for a once in a while treat. I would say it could use some acid to balance it out. Hot sauce was a very good match. I was entertained

Ok firstly how is this food vegan? I would’ve never known. We had the Peaches and chicken and waffles that was incredible! As was the banh mi so fresh and full of flavor. My server Nicole was so helpful and attentive. I also hear they do a great happy hour Mon -Fri 4-6 with discounted drinks and food. If you are a vegan… or not you will love this spot.

Visited The Modern Vegan in Las Vegas and had an amazing experience! The breakfast burrito was absolutely awesome — huge portions, definitely enough for two people to share. The cauliflower wings were delicious, packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. Service was excellent too — my server was friendly and gorgeous, making the whole visit even better. I ordered takeout, and the process was super smooth with easy-access parking. Overall, great food, great vibes, and top-notch service. Highly recommend!

We came across The Modern Vegan (TMV) while looking for a place to eat breakfast before heading back home. The customer service was excellent, Yutlzi our waitress was very friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious! The portions are more than generous, we could have easily shared the French toast my boyfriend ordered. I had the Sunday Funday, two pancakes, vegan sausage, scrambled tofu, and breakfast potatoes. I also ordered the Jalapeño Poppers as an appetizer and they were soooo good!

Nice decor and my waitress was awesome. The food came out quick and they gave us large portions. Two people can eat on one entree. The food was just okay, it needed more seasoning. The crab cakes were awesome though. I had enough food left over for that night and the next day.

Tried this place on our last day in Vegas and wow, I'm happy I tried! I'd never had chicken and waffles before so I figured why not give it a shot, I ordered the Hot Georgia Peach Chick'un and Waffles and it was very good! The portions are insane - 2 big waffles, 5 pieces of chick'un, loads of peaches... I couldn't finish it all! My spouse ordered the Muscle Mommy - he's a lot healthier than me!! Tofu scramble with veggies and potatoes. We didn't eat it all, so we were happy to grab a takeout box and save the rest for later. All in all, I would recommend and if I'm back in Vegas, I would go back and try something different!

This was one of the most delightfully surprising meals I've had in a while. My husband and I aren't vegan, but we came here on a whim after seeing the good reviews. We ordered the chick'n and waffles and the Californian salad, which were both delicious. The chick'n and waffles in particular was an explosion of sweet and savory flavors with a lovely contrast between the crispy breading, soft waffle, and tender chick'n. The portion sizes were huge!
